Patigi PDP Lauds Saraki's Empathy and Support for Bandit Attack Victims

Kwara State – The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Patigi Local Government Area has officially extended a “heartfelt gratitude and deepest appreciation” to former Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, for his swift and compassionate response to recent bandit attacks in their community.

 

In a letter signed by Alhaji Usman Saba Lalagi, the PDP Chairman for Patigi LGA, the party commended Saraki’s decision to dispatch a “high-powered delegation” to the affected areas. The delegation’s visit reportedly included consoling bereaved families and providing “cash support to those in need.”

“Your decision to send a high-powered delegation to visit the affected areas, console with the bereaved families, and offer cash support to those in need is a testament to your leadership and compassion,” the letter stated, emphasizing the impact of Saraki’s actions.

The PDP chairman highlighted the tangible and emotional relief brought by Saraki’s intervention. “Your delegation’s visit was a beacon of light in our darkest hour, and their words of comfort and encouragement have helped to heal our wounds. The cash support you provided has also helped to alleviate the financial burden on the affected families, allowing them to begin the process of rebuilding their lives.”

 

The letter concluded with a prayer for Saraki’s continued guidance and blessings as he serves the state and its people, reiterating the community’s “sincerest appreciation for your kindness, empathy, and generosity.”
