The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal head of Physical planning Department, Mr. Oduro Boampong Williams Samuel has called on residents of Sefwi Wiawso and it’s enclave including the entire people in the country to always ensure a permit is acquired from the Municipal Assembly before the land is used as the constitution of the country demands.

Speaking during an encounter with the media, He emphasized the need for acquiring a building permit before the land is used. He also said it should be a priority of every citizen who purchase a land to avoid future damage.

According to him, He became shocked to know most people He encountered in the Munipality does not know the need to acquire a building permit from the Assembly before putting up a structure.

Also in his speech, He outlined the importance and benefits of one acquiring a permit from the assembly before the land is used.

Finally in his speech, He urged all to do well to abide by the laws of the country by seeking for a building permit before using a land in order not to face the law of the country.
