Goa Celebrates Bhuvaneshwari Jadhav's Historic Bronze at Asian Karate Championship

PANAJI, GOA – Ms. Bhuvaneshwari Suresh Jadhav, a shining star of Indian Karate, was today felicitated and congratulated by the Hon. Chief Minister of Goa, Shri Pramod Sawant, for her remarkable achievement at the 21st Asian Karate Championship 2025.

 

Ms. Jadhav secured a bronze medal in the Women’s -68 Kg Individual Kumite event, making history as the first Indian female semi-finalist at this prestigious championship.

The championship, organized by the Asian Karate Federation (AKF), was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Ms. Jadhav’s performance has brought immense pride to both Goa and India.
