I on behalf of the Borno State Government appreciate NACOP laedership for hosting this summit in maiduguri where the honourable minister of power, all commissioners and energy stakeholders converged to discuss the reliable and sustainable source of power for socio economic growth, Zulum added.

While welcoming his counterpart across the country, the honourable commissioner for Transport and Energy Borno State Hon Aliyu Bamanga appreciate his Excellency the Executive Governor of Borno State for given a conducive and secured atmosphere for this summit.

This summit has given my fellow commissioners from various states of Nigeria a second thought about Borno State,

Borno State is a home of peace where all citizens of Nigeria and beyond enjoy freedom of association.

It’s on this bases that his Excellency created a unit with special adviser to his Excellency on non- indigene relation.

Hon. Bamanga concluded by assuring his counterpart and other stakeholders converged in maiduguri that they should feel at home, certainly they will enjoy been to Borno State.
